Service Description

This package ensures that every detail of your special day is meticulously managed, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the joy of the occasion. It is often referred to as the Day-Of Package. Initial Consultation: A comprehensive discussion to understand your wedding vision, preferences, and requirements. Vendor Coordination: Liaising with all confirmed vendors, such as the venue, caterer, florist, photographer, and entertainment, to ensure they are aware of the timeline and details for the wedding day. Timeline Creation: Developing a detailed schedule for the wedding day, including ceremony start time, reception activities, vendor arrivals, and key moments. Rehearsal Coordination: Organizing and directing the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone involved understands their roles and responsibilities. Final Vendor Confirmations: Contacting all vendors prior to the wedding day to confirm arrival times, setup requirements, and any specific instructions. Wedding Day Coordination: Overseeing the entire wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to the planned timeline. This may involve managing vendor setup, coordinating the ceremony processional, overseeing reception setup, and troubleshooting any unexpected issues. On-Site Point of Contact: Acting as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring they have the necessary information and resolving any last-minute questions or concerns. Emergency Kit: Carrying a well-stocked emergency kit with essentials like safety pins, sewing supplies, stain remover, and other items that may come in handy during the wedding day. Ceremony and Reception Setup: Assisting with basic setup tasks, such as arranging place cards, guest book, and ensuring the ceremony and reception spaces are aesthetically pleasing. Troubleshooting: Handling any unforeseen issues that may arise during the wedding day, such as coordinating backup plans for inclement weather or addressing minor logistical challenges.


Cancellation Policy

Retainer Fee: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a partial refund of the retainer fee, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total retainer amount. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the retainer fee. However, the retainer fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event booked within 12 months from the original event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a retainer fee refund, and the fee cannot be applied as credit towards a future event. Scope of Work Fee: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a partial refund of the scope of work fee, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total scope of work amount. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the scope of work fee. Labor Fee: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a partial refund of the labor fee, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total labor fee amount. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the labor fee. However, the labor fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event booked within 12 months from the original event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a labor fee refund, and the fee cannot be applied as credit towards a future event. Roll-Over Option: If a client cancels their event but wishes to reschedule it for a later date, the respective fees (retainer, scope of work, and labor) can be applied as credit towards the new booking. The rescheduled event must take place within 12 months from the original event date. If the client decides not to reschedule or fails to reschedule within the specified time frame, the fees will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
