Initial Consultation: An in-depth discussion to understand your vision, preferences, and priorities for your wedding day. Venue Selection: Assistance in finding the perfect wedding venue that aligns with your style, theme, and guest capacity requirements. Vendor Recommendations: Expert recommendations and referrals for reputable vendors, including caterers, photographers, florists, entertainment, and more, tailored to your specific preferences and budget. Budget Guidance: Professional guidance in creating and managing your wedding budget, ensuring that your expenses are allocated effectively while maintaining the level of luxury and elegance you desire. Design and Styling Assistance: Collaborative support in refining your wedding aesthetic, including theme development, color palette selection, decor ideas, and overall visual cohesion. Timeline and Logistics Planning: Creation of a comprehensive timeline and detailed wedding-day schedule, ensuring that all events and activities flow seamlessly. Contract Review: Thorough review of vendor contracts and negotiation assistance to secure favorable terms and protect your interests. Wedding Day Coordination: On-site presence on your wedding day to oversee setup, manage vendor arrivals and deliveries, coordinate the timeline, and handle any unexpected situations that may arise. Rehearsal Coordination: Assistance in organizing and leading the wedding rehearsal, ensuring that all participants are clear on their roles and responsibilities. Ongoing Support: Access to regular consultations and communication throughout the planning process, providing guidance, answering questions, and offering recommendations to ensure a stress-free experience.


Cancellation Policy

Retainer Fee: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a partial refund of the retainer fee, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total retainer amount. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the retainer fee. However, the retainer fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event booked within 12 months from the original event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a retainer fee refund, and the fee cannot be applied as credit towards a future event. Scope of Work Fee: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a partial refund of the scope of work fee, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total scope of work amount. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the scope of work fee. However, the scope of work fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event booked within 12 months from the original event date. Labor Fee: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a partial refund of the labor fee, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total labor fee amount. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the labor fee. However, the labor fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event booked within 12 months from the original event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a labor fee refund, and the fee cannot be applied as credit towards a future event. Roll-Over Option: If a client cancels their event but wishes to reschedule it for a later date, the respective fees (retainer, scope of work, and labor) can be applied as credit towards the new booking. The rescheduled event must take place within 12 months from the original event date. If the client decides not to reschedule or fails to reschedule within the specified time frame, the fees will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
