Budget Management: Professional guidance in creating a realistic budget and strategic allocation of funds, ensuring that your financial resources are maximized to create the wedding of your dreams. Venue Selection and Coordination: Assistance in finding the perfect wedding venue that reflects your vision, handles contract negotiations, and ensures a seamless planning process. Vendor Selection and Management: Expert recommendations and assistance in selecting top-tier vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and other professionals who align with your style and meet your expectations. I will manage communications, contracts, and coordination with all vendors throughout the planning process. Design and Styling Concept: Collaborative support in developing a cohesive design concept, encompassing theme, color palette, decor, and overall aesthetic, to create a visually stunning and harmonious wedding environment. Wedding Timeline and Logistics: Creation of a comprehensive timeline and detailed schedule for all wedding-related activities, including ceremony, reception, vendor arrivals, and key moments, ensuring a smooth flow of events. Guest Management and RSVP Tracking: Assistance in managing guest lists, tracking RSVPs, and providing guidance on seating arrangements and guest accommodations. Wedding Day Coordination: On-site presence on your wedding day to oversee every aspect of the event, managing vendor setup, ensuring timely execution of the timeline, and handling any unforeseen circumstances, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day. Creative Extras and Enhancements: Guidance and sourcing of unique elements and creative enhancements that add a touch of luxury and personalization to your wedding, such as custom stationery, specialty lighting, couture decor pieces, and more. Ongoing Consultations and Support: Regular consultations and open lines of communication throughout the planning process, providing guidance, advice, and support whenever needed.
Cancellation Policy
Retainer Fee: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a partial refund of the retainer fee, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total retainer amount. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the retainer fee. However, the retainer fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event booked within 12 months from the original event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a retainer fee refund, and the fee cannot be applied as credit towards a future event. Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the labor fee. However, the labor fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event booked within 12 months from the original event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a labor fee refund, and the fee cannot be applied as credit towards a future event. Roll-Over Option: If a client cancels their event but wishes to reschedule it for a later date, the respective fees (retainer, scope of work, and labor) can be applied as credit towards the new booking. The rescheduled event must take place within 12 months from the original event date. If the client decides not to reschedule or fails to reschedule within the specified time frame, the fees will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
